We cater for ALL levels in our small group
classes (maximum 9 clients per class) and
endeavour to tailor the exercises to suit each
person. We offer modifiations and progressions
to make exercises easier/harder depending on
individual level and experience, or just how
they are feeling on the day!
We offer all beginners the opportunity to book
in for a 1:1 private session with the instructor
prior to joining a group class should they wish.
